Diana Winalski
Director, 401(k) Product Management @International Paper
Ms. Winalski is the Director of 401K Product Management at International Paper overseeing all aspects of the nearly $6 billion 401K Savings Plan covering approximately 49,000 participants. She joined International Paper in August 2016 from Xerox Corporation where she was the Director of 401K Investments responsible for all matters relating to the $4.5 billion 401K Savings Plan, a plan that served over 34,000 participants. In 2018, Ms. Winalski won an Innovation and Excellence award, granted by both Pensions & Investments and DCIIA in recognition of her work launching an innovative retirement income solution to the International Paper retiree population. She has spent her entire career in institutional asset management and has also worked for Xerox, Rocaton Investment Advisors, LLC, Wellington Asset Management, Fidelity Investments, and Merrimack, New Hampshire.
Holly Verdeyen
Head of Defined Contribution @Russell Investments
Holly Verdeyen is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of Russell Investments’ U.S. institutional defined contribution (DC) business. Her primary focus includes partnering with the firm’s institutional consulting, sales, and client service groups to lead innovation in and create visibility for the DC segment. Additionally, she is responsible for promoting DC investment services, including default investments – target date collective trusts, custom target date portfolios and Russell Investments’ Personalized Retirement Accounts (PRA). Holly also shares Russell Investments’ perspective on trends in the defined contribution market while offering advice on best practices in institutional plan design. She joined the firm in 2013.
